Exernalization with an NonExternalizable SuperClass

Running the Example

Complete the following procedure to compile and run the example:

1. From yourbasedir/objectserializationexamples/NonExternalizableSuperclass, compile the file Nonexternsuper.java using JDK^TM 1.1 or higher:

     javac Nonexternsuper.java
   

2. Run the compiled file:

     java Nonexternsuper
   

The book object prints out before and after serialization.
